Fast foods have become an addiction; researchers have shown that their excessive use can be harmful to human health. Fast foods including burgers and Pizzas are creating obesity problems and can lead to diabetes, high blood pressure or heart diseases.

Fast food costing the human life in terms of health and wealth, they are not necessarily bad, but most fast foods contain unhealthy fats and added sugar which affects human body negatively. They are a new addition to the list of addictive items after cigarette and liquor.
The experts stressing to follow the similar policy taken to curb people’s damaging eating habits as have been taken for smoking.  At European Conference on Obesity, the policy suggestion was made which highlighted the success of the 2007 ban on smoking in public and last year alcoholic ban on all London transport.

In fact directly imposing restrictions on the use of fast food may not work, however creating hassles in their intake can produce a good result. So, the concerned persons may follow the blow mentioned steps to reduce the use of fast foods.  People also can adopt these procrastinated habits to avoid the use of fast foods.

  1. Ban the eating of burgers and other fast food items at public places
  2. Ban house deliveries of fast food products
  3. Print “attention notice” from ministry of health on fast food product’s packings
  4. Ban sale of fast food to underage children.  

This would save other passengers from eating tempting aromas or the nauseating smell of the junk foods late at night. In fact, fast foods have spread like addiction, and their harmful impacts are not less than any addictive items.
They must be declared, and addiction and an awareness campaign must be launched to infuse dislike for fast foods among common people.
