Pakistan defeated by India in a pool match of ICC Champions Trophy 2017. Though Pakistan had wins against India in the Champions Trophy, however, this game appears replica of previous matches Pakistan lost to India in major ICC events. Pakistan players repeated same mistakes and played the conventional old cricket.

"In addition to all this, our batting side is doing the same things, hitting unnecessarily in panic. The question is despite having highly paid foreign-coaches why they haven't taught them the art of inning building?" 

Winning and losing are part of the game, but it hurts to see that team Pakistan lost without fighting, Tweeted the former cricket legend Imran Khan after the match against India. As a cricket fan, I felt the similar, weak, defeated and subdued body languages of the player really hurt me. Lackluster team performance repetition of mistakes disappointed many Pakistan cricket fans like me.
As a Pakistani, it is disheartening for me to see that our players remained unable to fight with the talent and skills that God has bestowed on them. So, as a Pakistani cricket fan, I justify in accusing management and players of hurting peoples’ national pride and passion for cricket. Cricket board and players are guilty of emotionally hurting millions living in and around Pakistan, whom's support, they enjoy against India.
Our team is guilty of earning disrespects and setbacks for our coming generations.  Through their criminal negligence, they are letting down coming generations and becoming a cause of disappointment for them. Apart from winning or losing they didn't labor for nation's respect and honor.

It is a fact that we have highly talented players in our cricket that have been competing teams even bigger than India. But, while playing against India, our players badly mismanage the game and suffer defeat with a huge margin.
After the recent defeat from India in ICC Champions Trophy, we can charge the team Pakistan and management for some repeated mistakes and ask them to justify their following acts.

First, team management is guilty of doing injustice to players, why they were picking unfit players and deprived fit ones of playing?

Second, the coaching staff has found criminally negligent in taking the decisions: while every man in the street knows that chasing target could be crucial, why they took the similar decision? Especially while they had predictions for rain.

History also shows that team Pakistan has had not been good in chasing. In world cup 1992, 2011, 2015 and in T20 world cup 2007 Pakistan cricket team remained unable to chase even the average target. Today's match will also be added to the list.

Third, Criminal negligence and fatal performance during the match: why fielders gave a lot of singles and doubles and missed run out chances? They had break time due to rain, did anyone from coaching staff draw their attention towards that mistake to overcome in next session?

Fourth, Every time we observe decisive run out from Pakistan side in every crucial match against India. In 1992 world cup Imran Khan got run out, in T20 World Cup 2007 Imran Nazir stumped while running between wickets and in June 2017 Champion Trophy match Shoaib Malik kicked out while he was trying to take a run. Why did this problem not root out by those who are at the helm?
Fifth, In every ICC tournament Match Pakistan fielders drop a decisive catch that change the whole scenario of the Match. In 2011 Semi Final against India almost five chances are given to Sachin Tendulkar. Now in 2017 Champion Trophy, Yuvraj Singh’s catch is dropped by Hassan Ali. Why wasn't this long serving issue resolved?

The cricket team defeats must be taken sensuously because it involves sentiments and aspirations of millions of people. We have pride in our country, and Pakistan cricket team cause losing country's respect to our arch rival by facing humiliating defeat.

Winning and losing are part of the game, but it is lamenting to see that our team did not found fighting for the honors of the country. Instead, we have observed them performing some modeling like models on the ramp. They were not using fundamental techniques and unable to exploit their intuition to subdue their opponent. They have no thrust for winning. They do not appear fighting with their body and mind.
In the meanwhile, it would be wrong to say that it is India that defeats Pakistan. It is Pakistan players that suffer defeat against themselves. They do not fight with themselves and remain unable to channel their talent and skills. In fact, Pakistani players are more charismatic compared to India but they remain unable to hold their nerves. 

However, after ever big defeat our former cricketers cry and clamor on the TV shows for few days and nothing constructive happens. There is a defect in our cricket structure, and our players also need a complete change in mindset and attitude. Crying for some time on TV will not bear fruit. 
Apart from reforming structure, there is an urgent need for proper training and practice of players under the new strategy and changed mindset. First, players should mentally prepare and psychologically strengthen, there must have a strong nationalist mindset. 

Second, players must have strong inspiration and will to influence others with their cricketing skills. So, cricketers need to take both spiritual and leadership skills from cricketing and non-cricketing legends.
Third, the mistakes mentioned above that our team has been repeating for a long need to erode with continuous practice throughout months and years. Our management wakes just before major ICC tournaments and then claims that we have this player from where we can fetch talent players.

Fourth, there is and urgent need of team building and making the whole a complete unit.

Fifth, players also need to develop and polish their skills. Our batsmen getting out on similar patterns since many years. Also, the player needs to bear in mind that cricketers can be hero or celebrities only after their performance in cricket not before.   

Unless we develop a proper plan to counter mistakes throughout years, we will have to face the similar setbacks not only from India but also from other cricketing playing nation. Also, bear in mind that Bangladesh has excelled us in ICC ODI ranking.
