Younis Khan has been a linchpin for team Pakistan in every major victory. He holds the record of becoming a first cricketer to score a century against all 11 nations who hosts test series. This makes him a distinguish batsman holding a unique record. Also, he comes first in Pakistan and 13th in the world to score more than ten thousand cricket runs. In addition to this, he has been an energetic fielder stood 12th on the list to take most catches in Test cricket.
Misbah, a strong hitter, and a dependable defender is not less than any other test cricketer; he holds the record of winning most tests for Pakistan and excels legendary Imran Khan in terms of most wins. He has won 25 test matches out of 55 played and comes 12th in the world in terms of the most wins as captain.
However, his miraculous achievement is how he converted scathing criticism on himself into wholehearted appreciation.  He does this by equaling the record of fastest century in Test cricket and breaking the barrier of the fastest fifty in Test cricket.
Undoubtedly, these are exceptional services rendered by all time bests of Pakistan cricket. The field of test cricket will appear ruined after the retirement of these two greats. But, we can hope that youngsters like Azhar Ali or Asad Shafiq may manage to fill their void.
